  • Payment information (processed securely by Mollie — we do not store card details)
  • For school uniform orders: your child’s name and year group, used solely to help distribute items to the correct pupil

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics to help us understand how our website is used.

Your order information is stored securely in Google Sheets and received via email by our team. Google’s servers may be located outside the UK, but Google complies with UK GDPR data transfer requirements. Payment data is handled entirely by Mollie and is not stored by us.

We retain order records for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements. Children’s names and year group information collected for school uniform orders is deleted once the order has been fulfilled and distributed.
