This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, colours, sizing and placement before approving production.
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, JB Print Custom Ltd cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Every effort is made to match colours and positioning as accurately as possible. However:
These minor variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and are not regarded as faults.
Garment measurements are provided by the manufacturer. Minor size variations between garments are normal and do not constitute a fault. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size before placing an order.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method within 10 working days of the returned goods being received or the refund being agreed.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Before returning any item, please contact us at admin@jbprint.co.uk so we can advise you on the appropriate return procedure.
Returns sent without prior contact may delay the processing of your claim.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
