These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with JB Print Custom Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
JB Print Custom Ltd is a custom embroidery and DTF printing business registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Riversdale, Crowborough Hill, Crowborough, England, TN6 2DD. You can contact us at admin@jbprint.co.uk.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and received payment in full. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
For custom printing orders, production will not begin until we have received your approved artwork and full payment.
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will pay. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing your order if a price change affects you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or logos you supply to us are owned by you or that you have the right to use them. By submitting artwork, you confirm that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. JB Print accepts no liability for any claims arising from artwork submitted by customers.
We accept artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG. Files must be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi. We will notify you if your artwork is unsuitable for printing and work with you to find a solution.
Where we create a logo or design for you as part of our design service, the finished files will be provided to you upon completion and payment. You retain full ownership of any logo we create for you.
Production times vary depending on order size and complexity. We will provide an estimated turnaround time when confirming your order. While we will always aim to meet agreed deadlines, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
We offer both delivery and collection options. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once goods have been dispatched.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
